When ordering via this online shop, the "General Terms and Conditions for Orders Placed via the Online Shop" (see below) apply in addition and with priority. They describe, among other things, how the purchase contract is concluded when ordering through the online shop, the applicable payment terms, and, for example, the warranty/guarantee provisions.
For individual offers or orders that are not placed via this online shop, in addition to the "General Terms and Conditions for Sale and Delivery of Products and Services of BOHL SHOP", other special terms and conditions may apply, to which explicit reference is then made in the offer. 1. Validity
These general terms and conditions apply to orders placed through the BOHL SHOP online shop (bohlcoffee.ch, bohlcoffee.com).
They apply in addition to and take precedence over the "General Terms and Conditions for Sale and Delivery of Products and Services of BOHL SHOP".
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to both these "General Terms and Conditions for Orders Placed via the Online Shop" and the "General Terms and Conditions for Sale and Delivery of Products and Services of BOHL SHOP".
Mere access to our website is non-binding and does not establish a legal relationship.

2. Offer and prices
The listed prices, product images and product descriptions are without guarantee. Delivery times and availability with reservation, errors accepted.
The prices stated in the online shop include statutory sales tax.
3. Conclusion of contract
By clicking the PLACE ORDER button, you are submitting a binding purchase offer for the products in your shopping cart.
If you have successfully completed the ordering procedure provided in our online shop, we will immediately confirm receipt of the order by an automatically sent e-mail (order confirmation). This does not yet represent an acceptance of your purchase offer. The offer is accepted by a separate e-mail (order confirmation or shipping confirmation), at the latest by sending the order within one week.
If the ordered goods are not available or the ordered service cannot be provided, we reserve the right not to accept your offer, so that no contract is concluded. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible (by e-mail, phone call or SMS) and reimburse any payments made immediately.
If, after the conclusion of the contract, it turns out that we cannot deliver the ordered products in whole or in part due to force majeure or reasons for which we are not responsible, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. We will inform you about this as soon as possible (by email, phone call or SMS). You then have the option to partially or fully withdraw from your purchase.
4. Storage of the contract text
When ordering via our online shop, we save the contract text and send you the order data and terms and conditions by email.
You can view your past orders in the customer area under “My orders”.
5. Payment
Your payment generally must be made in advance.
You may use the payment methods displayed at the end of the ordering process (e.g. card payment, PayPal, bank transfer).
You agree to pay the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the order confirmation and/or invoice.
For orders with a purchase price of 10'000 CHF or more, the following payment terms apply:
Purchase price ≥ 10'000 CHF:
50% deposit immediately after receipt of order confirmation.
50% final payment immediately after notification of readiness for delivery (before delivery).
Purchase price ≥ 20'000 CHF:
50% deposit immediately after receipt of order confirmation.
40% payment immediately after notification of readiness for delivery (before delivery).
10% balance payment 7 days after delivery.
6. Delivery / Collection
The delivery area for orders via the online shop is Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The delivery conditions which apply are displayed to you during the ordering process.
Any delivery period shall begin on the date of order confirmation, at the earliest one working day after receipt of the relevant payment.
Products that we do not have in stock will be ordered from suppliers. Delays due to unavailability from suppliers or lack of information on your part do not result in any claims.
If you order for "Pick up by customer", you will be notified when your order is ready to schedule a pickup appointment. You will need to provide proof of identity (e.g., ID card, passport, driver's license) upon pickup.
7. Obligation to Inspect
You must immediately inspect the delivered or picked-up products for accuracy, completeness, and any damage.
In the case of freight forwarding deliveries, any delivery damage must be noted on the delivery note.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete deliveries must be reported to BOHL SHOP in writing by email within 5 calendar days of the time of pickup or delivery. You may not use the products. You must store the delivery in its original packaging as received and follow BOHL SHOP's instructions for any return/return process.
8. Returns
You must return faulty goods to BOHL SHOP after prior agreement within 7 days in unused, perfect condition and in the original packaging at your own expense.
For a return, BOHL SHOP requires that the defective part or device be sent or handed over to BOHL SHOP for repair along with a completed repair form and a copy of the invoice and/or delivery note with which it was delivered.
In any case, the customer is responsible for packaging the returned goods in a way that is suitable for transport.
The customer is liable for any damage or loss of goods due to improper packaging.
If the customer hands over the goods to a transport company, the customer bears the risk for the safe transport of the goods. The risk only passes to BOHL SHOP upon receipt of the goods at BOHL SHOP.
9. Warranty / Guarantee
BOHL SHOP guarantees the defect-free and functional condition of the ordered product for a period of two years after delivery or collection, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
If the operating or maintenance instructions are not followed, modifications are made, parts are replaced or consumables are used that do not comply with the original specifications, any warranty/guarantee will be void if the defect is due to this.
Excluded from the warranty/guarantee are defects and malfunctions for which we are not responsible, such as natural wear and tear, force majeure, improper handling, interventions by you or third parties, excessive use, unsuitable operating materials or extreme environmental influences.
Insignificant deviations from the warranted properties of the goods do not trigger any warranty or guarantee rights. Liability for normal wear and tear, as well as consumables/accessories, is excluded.
In the event of a warranty or guarantee claim, there is a right to repair, replacement or conversion. The choice of the method of remedying the defect rests with BOHL SHOP. If BOHL SHOP decides to cancel the contract, a credit note will be issued at the current price (up to a maximum of the sales price at the time of the order).
The warranty period is not interrupted by any warranty or guarantee claim, but continues.
The replacement of parts, assemblies, or entire devices does not trigger a new warranty period.
Warranty or guarantee claims against BOHL SHOP are available only to the direct customer and are not transferable.
The statutory warranty is completely excluded.
10. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until all claims from the purchase made have been paid in full.
You authorize us to make a corresponding entry in the retention of title register.
11. Legal notice
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is the court with jurisdiction at the registered office of BOHL SHOP. However, BOHL SHOP is also entitled to bring legal action at the customer's general place of jurisdiction. The application of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
12. Severability Clause
Should an individual provision of these terms and conditions become wholly or partially ineffective, this shall not affect the remaining provisions. Instead of the ineffective provision, one is deemed to have been agreed that actually and economically comes closest to the contractual objective intended by the provision. The same applies to a loophole in the contract.
