Payments
For orders placed through the online shop, advance payment is generally required. The delivery period begins as soon as we can determine receipt of payment.
For orders with a purchase price of 10'000 CHF or more, a deposit may be sufficient for us to begin processing your order. Details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions under "Payment".​
Your order via the online shop
After placing you order, you will first receive an order confirmation and an invoice (most likely within the course of the day). You can then pay your invoice by bank transfer , credit or debit card , TWINT , PostFinance Pay, or PayPal.
Pay your invoice
You can pay your invoices for orders placed through the online shop by bank transfer, with credit and debit cards, as well as TWINT, PostFinance Pay and PayPal.

Price offers may be dependent on a specific payment method, such as bank transfer. In this case, you can only settle the invoice using the agreed payment method.

Bank Transfer
For easy payment of your invoice through your Swiss or Liechtenstein bank, you will receive the corresponding QR-bill (with QR-IBAN and reference number) with your bill. You can use this for the transfer.
Alternatively, you can make a regular bank transfer (without reference number). In this case, please include the invoice number with your transfer.

The delivery period begins for us one day after receipt of money in our bank account.
Credit & Debit Card
You can pay your bill with your credit or debit card (Mastercard, VISA or American Express). To do so, follow the link in the invoice email. The delivery period begins immediately.
TWINT
You can pay your bill with TWINT. To do so, follow the link in the invoice email. The delivery period begins immediately.

​Note: Your TWINT app has purchase limits (usually a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 5'000 CHF). You can check your current limit in the TWINT app.
PayPal
You can pay your bill with PayPal. To do so, follow the link in the invoice email. The delivery period begins immediately.

At our points of sale, you can pay with common debit and credit cards, with Apple Pay, with Google Pay, with TWINT, with PayPal, or in cash (perhaps only possible with the exact amount).
