The delivery conditions that are displayed to you during the ordering process apply. Your coffee machine will be shipped insured.
From an order value of 100 CHF the delivery is free.
Personal pickup by the customer can be selected when ordering and is free of charge regardless of the order value.

Your delivery
You will usually receive your order by post , delivered via a parcel or delivery service. A pick-up by the customer is also possible by arrangement. Depending on the product, you will also receive the delivery personally or by a forwarding agency commissioned to do so.
Delivery service
Packages are usually delivered via the Swiss Post or UPS. Your coffee machine will be shipped insured.
Personal delivery
If you order a product with an installation service, you will usually receive the goods delivered personally on the agreed day.
Pick up by Customer
You can also come and collect your order personally - by appointment. You will be notified by us as soon as your order is ready for pick-up. You must be able to show identification when picking up your order.
Forwarding agency
Large, bulky or very heavy products are usually delivered by a forwarding agent.
