Commissioning of the TONE Touch 03 at the customer

What you get:
Your TONE Touch 03 will be installed on-site by a professional. You will then receive a short introduction and can start using your Touch 03 straight away.

To be prepared by the customer (requirement):
  
The stand for the machine is cleared
  
A power connection for the Touch 03 is available at the stand (T23 socket, 16A). Note: The Touch 03's power cable is approximately 1.5 m long from the stand on the rear of the machine.
  
Water connection at the pitch (filtered water, outlet pressure 1.5-8 bar, can be shut off via a shut-off valve, connection: either 3/8-inch, 1/4-inch, 1/2-inch, 3/4-inch threaded connection or a 6 mm or 1/4-inch plug connection)
  
Network connection (RJ45), if the machine is to be connected to a network, e.g. to a router

Appointment with the customer:
The commissioning date will be agreed upon individually with the customer. The service call can be made on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) during normal business hours. To schedule the appointment, the customer must first confirm that the requirements (see "To be prepared by the customer") have been met. Cost calculation of the deployment with a flat rate for distance (all prices include VAT):
220.00 CHF flat rate for commissioning a Touch 03.
An additional CHF 3.75 per kilometer from "Günzenenstrasse 8, 3612 Steffisburg" to the customer's address or the place of work is payable. This distance fee is payable in addition.

Calculation example:
A flat rate of CHF 220.00 is applied for the commissioning itself. The customer's address is 25 km away. 25 km x CHF 3.75/km = CHF 93.75. The travel allowance covers the travel to and from the location. In this example, the total cost of the installation was CHF 313.75 (including 8.1% VAT).
